ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

(The following duties for this position listed shall include but not be limited to)

• 
  Consists of direct interaction with Customers, Sales Managers, and General Manager
• Handles incoming internet and phone sales
• Follows up with internet and or incoming phone calls
• Identifying the clients needs and developing new customers
• The ability to address customer concerns
• Placing outbound phone calls to potential clients
• Enter/Update customer information in the dealerships CRM accurately
• Contacting clients using various forms of technology and utilizing excellent written and verbal skills
• Provides excellent customer service to achieve high customer service

Pay:

This is a hourly, full-time position plus an accumulation of commissions with average pay ranges between $32,000 to $100,000. Pay range scale can fluctuate based on one's individual sales performance.

Schedule;

Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00am-7:00pm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• California State vehicle salesperson license required before time of hire.
• One year of experience in a Powersports, auto or BDC position preferred
• Extensive customer service or sales experience
• Excellent oral, written, phone, grammar, and communication skills
• Must speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism and competence to callers
• Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Excellent problem solving skills; competitive
• Works well with others
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Industry related product knowledge.
• Solid communication skills. (Bilingual a plus)
• Prefer some computer literacy (35 wpm) minimum
• Self-Motivated
